I tried this yesterday. The sale tag actually says they are $4.79 with card and then you get two free. When they ring up, it’s 3 for $5.99 so you are actually paying ten cents apiece for the “free” ones. I asked the manager about it and he said that it must have been a misprint. I mentioned that I was paying 20 cents for the two free ones, and he said that’s how they have to put it into the computer. It’s still a great deal, but not as it was advertised.

To add to my comment, I had done the deal earlier in the day, and they rang up 4.79 for the first, and then .00 for the two free ones. Later that night, it had changed in the computer to 3 for 5.99. The first one rang up 2.00 then the others were 1.99 apiece. I will be e-mailing Wags about it this morning.

My Walgreens told me they cannot accept coupons on free items anymore. Is this true? The other day I tried 2coupons on a BOGO and they would only accept one coupon. I was not too happy lol
