I remember reading or hearing you say once that it’s not smart to go to CVS on a Sat after about 4pm because they are placing new sales stickers on and taking down old ones….you were right! It’s confusing! But on the other hand since all the sales stickers were down I had to do my best on which Colgate was on sale and since they didn’t want to have to go figure it all out and the ad wasn’t too specific I got all my choices for $1 each even though they weren’t ringing up as $1. I thought that was nice of them! They could have gone to figure it out I suppose but it all worked out! I will be doing my shopping there earlier from now on though! lol

Actually, it is probably not a good idea to go in there on Saturday at all. I went a few weeks ago on a Saturday morning and the lady who was changing out the shelf price labels was halfway through by late morning. And YES, it was very, very confusing! SO, I don’t recommend going on Saturday, period, unless you go very early (when I am not willing to get up)! :)

I was at CVS tonight and the Kiosk gave a coupon for $2 off Hershey’s Drops, Minis or Reeses Pieces 8oz or more. The north Edmond store had them 2/$6. Great deal! They were out but I got a rain check.

I saw your crash course on CVS, but I’m confused. When you get ECB’s, do you use them right then and there? When I have gotten them in the past, it prints on the receipt and you have to use them on something next time. Thanks so much. Learning as I go.

ECB’s can be used on a second transaction purchase or on a later date.

Holiday weekends we do not get any coupon inserts. If you follow this blog site then you can inquire on what inserts we should recieve. Maybe next weeks paper will be loaded with cuopons.

I’m confused. Please help. I went to CVS’ website looking for in-store coupons. I clicked and printed the coupons I wanted. But when they print out, they say manufacturer’s coupon (which are identical to the SmartSource coupons). So are the coupons for CVS only or manufacturer’s coupons printed from the web?

If you look at the pictures of the coupons there will be a little sign that says “CVS Pharmacy”. Those are the CVS coupons. There are usually just a few of them and the rest are manufacturer’s coupons.

I listed the CVS is Shawnee yesterday where I met this really nice lady (who was also coupling), I would first like to thank her for turning me into your site. I would then like to thank you for sharing your knowledge with all of us newbies. However, the main reason for this message is that my transaction did not go quite as planned and I am wondering if you milky be able to give me some insight as to what may have gone wrong. I bought 12 different herbal essence/Aussie products, after the 6 $3 and the 6 $1 coupon I used they were supposed to be .97 for every two. However, my total was still over $12 after tax. The cashier checked to make sure that each product was priced correctly and we couldn’t figure it out. Regardless, I got the $10 gas card because my before coupon total was over $30. So it was mostly free anyway. With all that said do you have any idea what went wrong?

It seems like I heard somewhere that CVS is not allowing you to use a BOGO and a dollar off coupon on same products anymore. Is this true? For example, I have a BOGO on Gillette body wash and also a $2.00 off. So if I buy two body washes, can I use both coupons?

I posted that same question in the forum the other day and somebody mentioned you could. We will find out tomorrow.

Have you heard of any changes to the CVS coupon policy? I’ve heard they were going to stop taking coupons on sale items. Is this true?
