At Walgreens this week they are running blue bell 1/2 gallon ice cream on sale for 3.99. It has probably been a week ago but I printed a coupons from blue bell for $1/1 purchase. So I paid 2.99 for ice cream. Best deal on ice cream I have seen in a while
THE .99 BOGO WALGREENS BAGS GOT RECALLED. THERE WAS LEAD IN THEM.

I live in Chickasha and hate to shop at our Walgreens….they have good deals but they are unfriendly, non-helpful, and usually are not stocking what they are selling. Is this normal every where or just where I live?
Unfortunately Walgreens is terrible at stocking and being friendly.
thats not true I work at one that is friendly in colorado!!!
I work at a Walgreens and we all are very friendly and do our best to keep our shelves stocked with what the warehouse will send us
There are 3 Walgreens in Lawton, Oklahoma and generally they are not well stocked (or not stocked at all) and for sometime now when they issue rain checks, they WON’T give you the Register Rewards on the rain checks. If you do get a rain check, you usually have wasted your time because Walgreen won’t re-stock it until your coupons expires. I’m sorry to say that a lot of the Walgreen’s are not helpful, but you might check back from time to time because management and employees change and now one of the stores in Lawton, OK has a very nice manager, employee’s not so great, and when you ask for the manager’s assistance, he is very helpful. Wow thats a bummer…I too live in Chickasha. They have always been very friendly to me in my couponing trips. I usually just try to get Rain checks when I can or price match at walmart….
Lisa thats a great idea….and luck you! I know many people that feel the same way as I do, so consider yourself lucky and maybe let me know which cashier you use!
i was going early on sunday mornings to the lady at the cosmetic counter she was super nice and would tell you how to work your deal if you had messed up… i havent been there thought in a while so im not sure if she is still there….I have heard the manager there has gotten pretty awful though… good luck and happy couponing!!!7
Krista, the blonde lady at the make up counter is fantastic. She always helps me find what I am looking for and helps me make sure it is the correct item. I’d rather go to chickasha walgreen’s than CVS…any day!
I live in OKC but I’ll take a Walgreens over a CVS any day. Walgreens usually has everything. There has been times I have to come back later in the week after a truck gets in but I can usually get everything they advertise.
