Tami’s First trip to Homeland with coupons
I got this awesome e-mail from Tami yesterday sharing her first shopping trip at Homeland. She was nice enough to allow me to share it with you. She even included a picture!
“I just had to share! Today, I made my first trip to Homeland with coupons in hand hoping to see some great savings. I bought $45.67 worth of food and only paid $21.72 (see attached). I had a coupon for everything except the frozen veggies. I was so excited! I never new that coupons.com existed and so thankful that Homeland accepts the printable coupons. I used to hate grocery shopping. Today, was the best time ever. Can’t wait to see how I do next time. I look forward to attending one of your classes soon. Thanks, Tami”
This is such a great e-mail. It reminds us that couponing has turned shopping form a chore to a game. Shopping is now FUN and exciting! Do you know what the best part is?? I do not know Tami and I don’t even know her through a friend. She found out about Coupon Closet through a business card given to her at Walmart!! Now she learned about us, and can now save a TON of money for her and her family! Thank you for paying it forward! Remember… Next, time you are shopping and see someone flipping through coupons, or has a FULL grocery cart pass on the Coupon Closet information. That way another family can save money!
If you have a great shopping trip that you want to share, send me a message. Everyone wants to see how you saved and what you bought!
